The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, we provide free repair of the footwear for defects caused by manufacturing faults.
Warranty & Care
Warranty cases refer to instances of manufacturing defects that are not caused by the customer.
The warranty does NOT cover the following cases of improper use:
- Using the footwear in adverse weather conditions.
- Deformation of the leather or the product due to incorrect use (e.g., drying at high temperatures).
- Contact with chemicals.
- Damage caused by repair attempts by third parties, except the manufacturer (brand).
- Mechanical damage such as cuts, punctures, or abrasions resulting from the customer’s fault.
The condition of each pair is inspected and documented before shipping, as well as upon receiving it for a warranty claim or in case of a return/exchange.
Leather has memory. Over time, it adapts to the movement and shape of your foot, forming gentle creases — a natural characteristic of genuine, high-quality material. This is not a defect, but a sign of authenticity and craftsmanship. The appearance of natural wear marks (leather creases) does not constitute a warranty case or manufacturing defect.
The leather sole moves to the rhythm of your steps. Over time, all leather soles naturally wear down — a reflection of the material’s authenticity and the story of your movement. This is not a flaw, but part of the life of the footwear. For this reason, we always recommend adding protective soles to leather-soled shoes to ensure the longevity of your pair.
- Wetting of the footwear or any damage caused by moisture or contact with water is not covered by the warranty.
- Claims related to quality will not be accepted if the product has been used, cared for, transported, or stored improperly, as such cases do not qualify for warranty.
- Discoloration of insoles or lining is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to replaceable components, such as insoles, laces, and heel taps.
- Requests for repair will not be accepted after the warranty period has expired or in cases of damage caused by improper use.
- Natural creasing of leather and wear of leather soles , as these are inherent characteristics of genuine leather products.
