The period for returning and exchanging goods is 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the goods are preserved.
After receiving the goods, our managers inspect it for wear or other damage and transfer the refund to the card within 5 (five) business days.
The product must have a saleable appearance, be as clean as possible, and have no signs of wear or other damage. All tags must also be present. Used products cannot be exchanged or returned. We record the condition of each pair before sending the order.
