The term for returning and exchanging goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the goods are preserved.

For us to accept a return, the product must remain in the same condition in which you received it: without signs of wear, with all tags and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or another document confirming the purchase.

Exceptions (items that are not subject to return):

  • items that have already been used;
  • goods after washing or dry cleaning;
  • products without tags, labels, stickers, and protective films;
  • items that were used in photo or video shoots;
  • goods without proof of purchase;
  • items made to individual order;
  • gift certificates;
  • jewelry.

Exchange of goods for another is carried out after our team receives and checks the returned goods. We carefully inspect each item to ensure its condition is preserved, after which we process the exchange. We record the condition of each pair before sending the order.

Shipping costs for order, exchange or return are at the customer's expense.

Please check your order carefully immediately after receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received a different item than ordered, please contact us as soon as possible – we will help resolve the situation!

Procedure for exchanging goods / refunding money:

  • Download the refund / exchange request form and fill it out.
  • Return the item in its original packaging with attached tags, stickers, and protective films in place, where present, to our head office, and with complete accessories.
  • Await a confirmation email regarding the item exchange or refund.

After receiving the goods, our managers inspect them for signs of wear or other damage. After processing, refunds are made within 7 (seven) business days.

Please note that the seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of goods in case of non-compliance with the conditions set out in this section.
