The processing time for online orders is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days from the moment of order confirmation . Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Delivery in Ukraine to Nova Poshta branches
The parcel is stored at the post office for 5 days , after which it is automatically returned . After sending your order, you will receive a message with the TTN number (waybill) from Nova Poshta, which will allow you to track the delivery status. Parcels are sent to either the branch “Nova Poshta” and by address delivery.
Urgent delivery
Urgent delivery by taxi is possible only in Kyiv.
International delivery
Possible only with full payment for the goods and carried out by the Nova Poshta (NP Global) service (5-14 days), its cost is calculated upon request. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the country of destination. We deliver worldwide, except for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
